My stay at Vivin Luxury Suites was extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were nothing like the pictures online. They were dirty, poorly maintained, and the furniture was old, broken, and unusable. The service was just as bad. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. I asked for laundry service, and they said they would get back to me, but I never heard from them again. Gave the charges of one extra bed but they provided just the mattress on the floor and no bed extra bed was given. The food was average at best, which is not what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and average food made my stay very disappointing. If you’re planning a trip, I suggest avoiding this hotel. It’s not worth the money or the hassle.

I had another wonderful experience with the front office staff at Vivin Luxury Suites Hotel. They were exceptionally good and polite, ensuring my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in procedure was swift and seamless, and they even upgraded me to a lovely room. The staff consistently wore warm smiles and were always willing to assist with any queries. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. Once again, thank you so much, Team Vivin!

Very bad property... Amenities are totally broken no proper maintenance. No proper service, dirty kettle, even they are charging for water bottle, not able to get water in washroom, till 5 no room cleaning has been given. The pics which they posted in site it's really fake one.

I do not recommed this for anyone - to start with, the reception team [Manager] is very rude when speaking to guests. Two days back I have booked a room for 4 nights - the duty manager gave me a bill of INR 14K which I settled in full. However later upon checking the bill, I found that INR 1K was excess and I have enquired about the same to the duty manager. She was very rude in explaining the error to me, however I feel this was not an error and she did it purposely. The gross was showing as INR 14K and when I sat and calculated the breakdown it was only INR 13K. As a guest, most of us check only the gross and won't bother to tally and see the breakdown of charges. The reception duty manager did not even had a courtesy to apologise - which seems unprofessional approach. I personally do not recommend this stay to anyone - better to check other options in Trivandrum

The staff here are very rude and totally confused. They will confirm one rate and then while check out add all kinds of charges and inflate the bill. Be very careful. Take everything in written. The reception will abuse you on your face.

Though the staff is friendly and helpful, the place looks neglected, and it's high time for a renovation. The premises usually get busy and crowded by the hasty gadabouts who scamper to the Bar at the rear side of the property. Food is passable but nothing worth mentioning. It would be fine if the management renovated the property to make it a family-friendly hotel.

Such disappointing experience! Room was not cleaned properly. There were lots of hair on the bed and left over food in the mini fridge! They offered me an upgrade to the suite for free, but when I checked that room there were hair on the bed again! UNBELIEVABLE ! It’s such disgusting that these hotels’ house keeping DOESN’T CHANGE BED LINEN AND CLEAN THE ROOM PROPERLY before they check in new guests! I’m sure they have been doing this always and will be doing the same and get away with it! NEVER RECOMMEND Only good thing was I got my money back without much talking! It’s such a pain that hotels do this and the guests have to find another hotel for the stay. More taxi fares and more headache!

Probably the worst experience Ever!! In a hotel. The food is terrible, the service is terrible and the cleanliness is very bad. The staff behaves like they don’t want to work there. The room wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom exhaust wasn’t working and they never cleaned the food plates for two days. The place can only improve if they hire new staffs and fire the old ones.
